How are the cabinets constructed?

Every cabinet begins its life as 8-, 11- or 14-gauge Type 5052 aluminum and is precision laser-cut, and then formed by skilled American craftsmen.

From there, every piece is fully powder-coated before final assembly, which is done via rivets and welds into a fully monocoque, boxed construction:

Other notable features:
  • Door and drawer fronts consist of a double walled construction. No flimsy components
  • Top panels (except for on appliance and sink bases) create a more structurally sound cabinet box, and provide additional help in weathersealing
  • Leveling feet on each leg
  • Soft close hinges (Salice or Hettich)
  • Blum undermount drawer glides (soft/self close)
  • For the Patio Line specificially:
    • Marine grade hinges and pulls
    • Weathersealing around door and drawer openings
    • No "finish" panels needed, all 4 sides are completely finished
