# Once an order has shipped, how can I track it?

We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery.

Once the chosen freight provider has picked up your order, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your delivery online. Freight providers will always call to schedule delivery at a time you will be there to receive it.
